From our land, through and through.

Our Oxymel is made entirely from ingredients grown and produced here at Gut Oggau. What grows around us comes together in one bottle, transformed through the ancient combination of vinegar and honey into something vibrant, complex and alive.

Oxymel has been valued for centuries as a daily tonic. Honey is traditionally appreciated for its soothing qualities, while naturally fermented vinegar brings refreshing acidity and is often enjoyed as part of a digestive ritual. Together with the plants and herbs growing on our land, it is a simple way of bringing a little of the vineyard into the everyday.

Enjoy it diluted with still or sparkling water, in tea or a cocktail, or simply by the spoonful.
