Cecilia does not fit into any drawer. White and red picked together, grown on limestone. The face on the label is fictional, it shows her character.

In the vineyard

A field blend of white and red grapes, processed together. Forty-five-year-old vines on the east slope, on limestone, at 170 metres. Guyot, 20 hectolitres per hectare.

Farmed biodynamically, Demeter certified.

In the cellar

Partly destemmed, part of it ten days on the skins. Fermented and aged in Stockinger barrels, ten months. Unfiltered, no sulphur added. Bottled in June 2026.
