Eugenie (White) 2025

Eugenie is the youngest in the house. She grows in a vineyard we planted ourselves. The face on the label is fictional, it shows her character.

In the vineyard

Six-year-old vines up on the plateau, on slate and quartz, at 250 metres. Trained as individual bush vines, each one staked, no wires. 15 hectolitres per hectare.

Among trees, shrubs and herbs. The work is done by our horses, no heavy machines.

Farmed biodynamically, Demeter certified.

In the cellar

Destemmed, part of it four days on the skins. Fermented and aged in Stockinger barrels, ten months. Unfiltered, no sulphur added.
