In the vineyard
A field blend from forty-year-old vines on the east and south-east slope, on limestone and slate, at 200 metres. Guyot, 30 hectolitres per hectare.
Farmed biodynamically, Demeter certified.
In the cellar
Fermented and aged in a 500 litre Stockinger barrel, seven months on the lees. Unfiltered, no sulphur added.
