In the vineyard

A field blend from forty-five-year-old vines on the east and south-east slope, on limestone and slate, between 150 and 200 metres. Guyot, 20 hectolitres per hectare.

Farmed biodynamically, Demeter certified.

In the cellar

Destemmed, part of it ten days on the skins. Fermented and aged in Stockinger barrels, 500 and 1000 litres, ten months. Unfiltered, no sulphur added.
