Theodora (White) 2025

Theodora belongs to the young generation. Seductive, cheeky, full of temperament and a little stubborn. The face on the label is fictional, it shows her character.

In the vineyard

A field blend from forty-year-old vines. They stand on the flat land on gravel, at 120 metres. Mostly Guyot, part of it on a single wire. 25 hectolitres per hectare.

Farmed biodynamically, Demeter certified.

In the cellar

Destemmed, part of it ten days on the skins. Fermented in oak. We work only with barrels from Stockinger, here in 500, 1000, 1500 and 3000 litres. Then seven months on the fine lees. Unfiltered, no sulphur added. Bottled in April 2026.
