Winifred (Rosé) 2025

Winifred belongs to the young generation. Lively on the surface, with depth underneath. The face on the label is fictional, it shows her character.

In the vineyard

A field blend from forty-year-old vines. They stand on the flat land on gravel, at 120 metres. Guyot, 25 hectolitres per hectare.

Farmed biodynamically, Demeter certified.

In the cellar

Destemmed, a few hours on the skins. Fermented in Stockinger barrels, in 500, 1000, 1500 and 3000 litres. Then seven months on the fine lees. Unfiltered, no sulphur added.
